katherine kaess is happy to collaborate with architects and interior or landscape designers who wish (or whose clients wish) to ensure the 'good feng shui' of a new or renovated property or garden.

using your plans, elevations, perspective drawings, and photos of the site, katherine will assess your projects for feng shui, energetic, elemental, and/or holistic design issues, then work with you to make any adjustments necessary to ensure the holistic balance of the property. the extent of her involvement in a project can range anywhere from a simple review and assessment of plans to an extended collaboration involving the selection of materials and colors, placement of furniture, etc.

rates for this service are by the hour or project, according to project size and scope of work.
