designed to meet the needs of those who are seeking either general feng shui advice for a space or the 'approval' of architectural plans for the potential purchase/construction/renovation of a property, this consultation can last anywhere from an hour to a few, as per project requirements.

2) full instinctive feng shui assessment
this consultation consists of two appointments of one to two hours with katherine kaess, generally in the space to be considered.

meetings can also be conducted outside that space - e.g. when examining a new space prior to construction or a move - or long-distance (by email or telephone). in these two cases, soulspaces asks the client to provide photographs, floorplans, and other pertinent information regarding the topography, surrounding area, etc.

during the first meeting, katherine gathers information about the space and the occupants. then, keeping in mind the client's goals and intentions, she writes up a detailed report with recommendations for ways to optimize the flow of 'chi' into and throughout the space. the report is presented during a second appointment, usually about a week after the first meeting.

note: as a general indication, instinctive feng shui services for most residential spaces up to 2,000 square feet (or 200 square meters) are calculated according to the size of the space considered, at a rate of $8/10sq.ft (u.s.a.) or €8/sqm (europe). residential spaces larger than 2,000 square feet, long-distance assessments, and professional spaces are all calculated on a per-project basis. please contact soulspaces for further information and special requests.
